A 6-series class, this date is both portions 1 and 2!! First, we’ll learn about hops with Jake from Crooked Yard Hops - he’ll cover an overview of hops and be exposed which hops produce certain flavor and bitterness. Then we’ll chat malt with Hannah from MSU Malt Quality Lab, and she’ll cover an overview of malts and learn which malts are used for specific styles.
